Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
We bet on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
We are committed to attracting and developing the best talent, in an inclusive environment where everyone feels they belong. Diverse teams, with different backgrounds and perspectives, enable a better understanding of people and business needs. Consequently, we not only take our organisational performance to the next level, but we also grow together – as an inclusive, tolerant and collaborative community.
Our Commitments
Clear Commitment & Transparency
We pledge to ensure there is an unambiguous commitment and strategy to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, with concrete actions. We’ll share our successes as well as our failures.
We commit to driving accountability throughout our organisations for the delivery of our DEI Strategies. DEI isn’t the job of one person, we all have the responsibility to make this part of what we do.
We pledge to embed inclusivity and equity deep into our working culture so that everyone has a fair opportunity in recruitment, promotion, and progression at Blip.
We commit to calling out and addressing inappropriate behaviour or discrimination, even when it is uncomfortable to do so. We will not be bystanders. We expect the same behaviours from those we work with and we will take action to address anything falling below our expectations.
We will continue to make our workplaces trusting places to have complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations about diversity and inclusion, by creating platforms, forums, and safe spaces for people to share their experiences at Blip.
Fair Game for all
Promoting a diverse and inclusive working culture means understanding the importance of unique experiences and points of view. To preserve and enhance this uniqueness, we have the ‘Fair Game Group’, a team of international and local volunteers that helps us to ensure fairness and equity inside and outside Blip’s doors.
We gather different cultures
Lean in Circles
Lean in Circles are empowering networks for women to share work experiences and growtheir careers. The Lean In movement gathers more than 3000 companies around the world and it was set up at Flutter in 2019. Since then, we’ve had over 130 members and 45 promotions.
How does it work?
Each location has multiple Lean In Circles made up of women from diverse backgrounds and levels across the organisation. Each circle, led by a Lean In Manager, has around 8 women who meet monthly to discuss a topic. At least quarterly, the wider network comes together to listen to senior leader career stories or guest speakers.
