The role

Flutter Global Cyber team is seeking an IAM Security Solutions Architect to contribute to the design, development and implementation of IAM capabilities across the Flutter ecosystem. IAM at Flutter is going through a period of change, with a new group-wide strategy being agreed and a technical roadmap for uplifting the services to support the strategy in development.

The Security Solutions Architect will work with a variety of stakeholders – including brand security and engineering teams, workplace technology, vendor technical account managers and technical consultancies – in supporting the delivery of the strategy.

The successful candidate will have a background with IAM, either in security architecture or security engineering, or through end user computing delivery. Plus, a proven track record of working on enterprise-scale IAM or C-IAM projects, in engineering or architecture roles. The candidate will be able to design and document secure and scalable solutions across IAM which are tailored to the individual brands’ needs.

What You'll be Doing
•   Support the IAM architectural roadmap, working with security and enterprise architecture to maintain alignment to the broader enterprise security and technology strategies.
•   Design end-to-end IAM solutions covering identity governance and administration (IGA), privileged access management (PAM) and access management.
•   Establish and maintain architecture patterns, standards, and reference designs for IAM across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
•   Architect and oversee the implementation of authentication protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, and FIDO2/WebAuthn.
•   Drive the adoption of multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and password-less authentication capabilities, enhancing and extending the conditional access implementation.
•   Collaborate with peer functions such as Workplace Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Security Architecture as and when required.
•   Engage with relevant teams to ensure IAM solutions comply with relevant regulatory and control frameworks (including GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST and ISO 27001).
•   Support the analysis & delivery of role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and entitlement management frameworks.
•   Support audit and assurance activities, producing architectural documentation and evidence as required.
•   Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for IAM solutions, advising stakeholders and product teams on identity-related risks, capabilities and mitigations.
•   Bring a “customer first” mindset to ensure that user experience remains a priority in the delivery of IAM services.
•   Evaluate and support recommendations for IAM vendor solutions and tooling, contributing to procurement and commercial decisions.
•   Act as a coach or mentor to junior colleagues to further IAM within Flutter

What You'll Bring
•   An understanding of federation protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos.
•   Strong understanding of zero trust network access (ZTNA) and its application to identity architectures.
•   Experience designing IAM solutions across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
•   An understanding of API security patterns, including OAuth token management and API gateway integration.
•   Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) as applied to identity configuration.
•   An understanding of PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and secrets management best practices.
•   Architecture experience - ideally with a grounding in a recognised framework such as TOGAF, SABSA, or Zachman.
•   Demonstrable experience working within complex, large-scale enterprise environments with diverse technology stacks.
•   Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns, microservices, and containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker).

Essential
•   Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline - or equivalent demonstrable experience.
•   7+ years in identity and access management or information security roles, with at least 3 years in an architectural or engineering capacity.
Desirable
•   Relevant professional certifications such as:
•   Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
•   The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
•   Experience in regulated industries (financial services, gaming, healthcare).

The Role

As Site Reliability Engineer you'll be accountable for closely monitoring the availability of our platforms, performance and stability while closely working with software development teams in how to improve critical components.

Working with complex challenges while assuring uptime and reliability in different setups (AWS Cloud, AWS Outpost, OpenStack) allows you to use different skillsets in coding, algorithms and complexity analysis.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services—from design, deployment, operation, and refinement.
Take an active part in production problems root cause investigation, identification, and resolution (where necessary)
Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
Be an active part of performance and capacity testing;
Optimize reliability monitoring & alerting;

Iteratively perform Auditing of performance and reliability vulnerabilities;
Define and revise Service Level Indicators (SLIs);
Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems;
Using Grafana as a monitoring solution.

Role Description
As an DevOps Engineering Manager in Platform Engineering, you will lead a team of talented engineers focused on building and maintaining the foundational infrastructure, tooling, and internal platforms that empower our product development teams. The Role

As DEI Inclusion and CSR Specialist, you will support the delivery of our inclusion and belonging initiatives and roadmap, helping to create an inclusive culture where our people can be their authentic selves. You will work collaboratively across the business to operationalize DEI programmes, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with company values. Additionally, you will provide support to our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and roadmap, ensuring they are coordinated efficiently and aligned with ESG principles and Flutter Group policies.

What You'll Be Doing

Inclusion & Belonging Programme Execution:

Support the implementation of Inclusion and Belonging (IB) programmes and initiatives across Blip, taking into consideration the established strategy and roadmaps;
Assist in organizing and coordinating of I&B campaigns and initiatives calendar;
Provide administrative and logistical support to I&B champions and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs);
Assist ERG leaders in planning and executing their initiatives and events and be an active member of those;
Track programme metrics and gather feedback to monitor effectiveness;
Support the budget management and ensure appropriate allocation and tracking of funds;
Work collaboratively with People team and business departments to support I&B integration into policies and practices;
Coordinate with the Talent Team to ensure I&B related topics are included in training sessions when appropriate;
Communicate I&B updates and opportunities to relevant stakeholders and Blip;
Collect and organize People data related to DEI initiatives and participation, prepare reports on programme participation, attendance, and engagement metrics;
Support analysis of DEI-related trends and feedback;
Maintain records of all DEI activities and outcomes;
Engage regularly with I&B teams across Flutter to ensure alignment of local initiatives with broader Group strategies and objectives. This includes actively participating in cross-company forums, sharing best practices, and coordinating efforts to support consistent integration of I&B principles.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Operations:

Support the coordination and administration of CSR initiatives (donations, volunteering, partnerships);
Ensure CSR activities comply with company policy and governance requirements;
Maintain comprehensive records of CSR activities and community initiatives;
Prepare CSR activity reports and reconcile data for stakeholders and blip;
Engage regularly with the central CSR team to ensure alignment of local initiatives with broader Group strategies and objectives. This includes actively participating in cross-company forums, sharing best practices, and coordinating efforts to support consistent integration of CSR principles;
Implement Blip’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) roadmap, ensuring alignment with Group ESG principles and Flutter policies. Operationalise CSR initiatives end-to-end (e.g. donations, partnerships, volunteering), ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution across teams;
Ensure all community initiatives comply with internal policies and due diligence requirements, maintaining structured and up-to-date documentation and records;
Maintain a complete record of CSR activities (e.g. donations, activities across teams, etc.…) and provide reconciled data through the Blip (e.g. LT, Finance) and Group relevant stakeholders in accordance with the timelines defined (e.g. quarterly deadlines);
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Blip Green Committee, CSR communities, Group teams) to drive sustainability initiatives, ensuring engagement, alignment, and impact measurement;
Support the management of CSR budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.

The role
As a Senior Security Engineer on our Product Security team, you'll lead multi-phase, multi-team efforts that shape how we build securely by default. The Role...

We are looking for a Senior Database Engineer to expand our team, that is geographically distributed between US, UK and now Portugal.

Alongside the team, you will be responsible for the stability, scalability and performance of our database estate: currently we work with Informix, MySQL, Elastic Search and Cassandra. In addition, the team will be assuming responsibility for PostgreSQL as new applications are being developed using that technology.

While the role emphasizes NoSQL clustered databases that can be horizontally scaled, the philosophy of the team is to cross-train on different technologies.

We’d like you to master in

Building and operating Infrastructure and Cloud platforms, ideally within highly available AWS environments.
Strong network knowledge in the TCP/IP stack, Firewalls and AWS cloud Networking Services (AWS CloudWAN, DNS, AWS Network Firewalls)
Relocating, rehosting, refactoring and rearchitecting services into AWS.
Working with source control management (Git, GitHub) and CI/CD Pipelines.
Managing deployment assets such as AMIs, container images and artefacts.
Managing Infrastructure as code using CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation.
Orchestration and management of container platforms, preferably using Kubernetes.
Delivering systems in security compliant environments
Writing and maintaining technical documentation.
Sharing knowledge with your peers and across the wider engineering community.
Working in an agile environment.
Incident, change, problem, and risk management.
Bonus points for previous software engineering experience, coding, and automation.

The Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will take active part in the production problem root cause investigation, identification, and resolution. You will be a Team player on an Agile team, working together to keep delivering at pace, scale and with demanded quality to support our products.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Take active part in the production problem root cause investigation, identification, and resolution (where necessary);
- Maintain, improve and troubleshoot our core systems used by several teams, some of those are Kafka, Zookeeper, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, ActiveMQ, Brooklin, etc.;
- Preventive monitoring;
- Define, implement and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
- Iteratively improve monitoring & alerting
- Reduce Toil;
- Reduce or eliminate manual/repetitive tasks
- Improving the resilience and reliability of the systems to reduce or eliminate manual intervention on service recovery
- Design, develop and/or implement tools that will help the team(s) to perform their work more efficiently;
- Contribute to planning and development of our technological stack.

What You'll Bring

- Familiar with SRE and DevOps methodologies
- Good Linux systems administration & Networking knowledge
- Experience on configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef
- Ability to debug and optimize code on at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Golang, Ruby or Scala
- Familiar with CD/CI pipelines comprising Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Go, Ansible, and more
- Technical experience in managing a highly available and highly scalable public /private cloud environment (e.g. AWS, OpenStack, Azure)
- Nice to have hands-on knowledge of container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Openshift);
- Ability to interact effectively with other functional teams;
- Excellent communicator, common sense and a passion for the art of problem-solving.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills

Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Managerto oversee and coordinate multiple projects within one of the brands in Blip. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving successful project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

What You'll be Doing

The Role...

As a Senior Backend Developer , you're part of an agile Software Development Team and you're responsible for the full lifecycle of an application. You will be trusted to guide a team of your own on the best approach for large pieces of work that span multiple components and teams and as an expert in the area, you'll the go-to person for big ideas and problem-solving. With your large expertise, we know that you'll add a lot of value to the team - be it by suggesting alternative methodologies that may be more efficient, actively improving the tooling to improve use cases, or even designing and developing a technical solution or new processes.

You can expect to use cutting-edge technologies to deliver amazing value and the best product to our customers while scaling our platform to meet the demands of worldwide markets. You will be required to program well-designed, testable, efficient code to solve business needs, as well as test and document the implemented solutions.

What You’ll Bring

Our product's backend runs in Java , so a proven track record of at least 5 years working with this technology (preferably Java 8+) would be ideal - but... If you have extensive experience working with similar OOP languages, that is not a problem as the underlying concepts are similar - just know that if you join us you'll be working with Java.
Our teams also work with technologies such as Scala, Kafka, Akka, Memcached, Apache Storm, Apache Cassandra, Zookeeper, RabbitMQ , and some others... Ideally, you should have working experience with most/all of these but if not, don't worry - we will have your back!

We'd Like You To Master In

Experience working with a high concurrency/high transactional/highly available platform;
Familiarity working with Client-server protocols such as SOAP, and REST;
Expertise using established design patterns and encouraging appropriate use of reusability techniques (e.g. library extraction, new component creation);

The Role

As a Senior Platform Engineer , you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the infrastructure and internal tooling that powers our engineering teams. What You’ll Bring

Significant hands-on experience in platform engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
Proficiency with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization, IaC ( e.g. Terraform) and configuration management ( e.g. Ansible).
Background in system design, distributed systems, and software engineering principles.
Experience building internal platform capabilities such as deployment systems, monitoring/observability tooling, or infrastructure automation.
Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, pipeline design, and operational best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and make sound technical decisions.
