The role

At FanDuel, our developers are the foundation of every great fan experience — and we’re looking for a Product Manager for our Platform development team to empower them with the tools, systems, and workflows that make innovation faster and more reliable.
You’ll be a key member of the Platform team, partnering closely with other Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to translate platform strategy into actionable work for engineering teams.
This is an impactful yet hands-on role that bridges product intent and engineering execution — ensuring the FanDuel internal platforms we build are scalable, secure, and deeply aligned with developer needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own and deliver feature-level outcomes over quarters, executing within established initiatives.
Bring fresh ideas to the table when working to identify business and customer problems, using your commercial understanding to generate innovative solutions.
Support defining success criteria for features; gather insights through analytics, research, and competitive analysis.
Support collaborative workshops (ideation, unpacking, requirements gathering) and help ensure clear action plans for initiatives.

We'd Like You To Master In

2 – 3 years of digital Product Management experience, ideally with experience in Developer Platforms or Internal Tooling.
Proven track record of managing and delivering complex products and features.
Deep understanding of agile delivery processes, with experience supporting multiple engineering teams.
Has depth of technical understanding within their area of expertise and has the maturity to work independently, delivers effective updates and identifies barriers that would prevent completion of initiatives.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with metrics, analyzing data, and
recommending improvements.

The Role
Flutter Technology, part of Flutter Entertainment, are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, automation, and operation of our evolving data streaming platforms. These platforms underpin the global services powering Flutter's well-known betting brands, enabling faster delivery, improved reliability, and an enhanced developer experience across the group.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the technology direction for Flutter's data streaming platform. You’ll collaborate with brands across the group to modernise and migrate their services, helping to deliver cutting-edge platform capabilities that meet diverse business needs. What You'll Be Doing

Design, build, and operate core components of our secure, performant, and cost-effective data steaming platforms.
Develop and maintain platform capabilities and interfaces to enhance developer experience and self-service.
Drive automation across the platform using Infrastructure as Code (IaC – e.g., Helm, Crossplane, Terraform) and configuration management tooling.
Implement and manage robust CI/CD pipelines (e.g., ArgoCD, GitHub Actions) promoting GitOps practices for managing the platform.
Manage and enhance our data streaming platforms
Maintain source code and artifact repositories.
Write and review platform code, offering constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
Enable and support engineering teams with the adoption of data streaming services.
Write and maintain appropriate technical documentation.
Define, document, support, and approve Low-Level-Designs (LLDs) for Flutter data-streaming services.
Support architecture and function-leads with an evolving technology roadmap and strategy.
Act as a trusted SME offering advice and knowledge sharing to the broader technology team and internal customers.
Create and drive adoption of standard operating procedures, policies, and runbooks.
Liaise with other group functions, building and maintaining relationships, and recognising opportunities for strategic collaboration.
Liaise with Third Party vendors and partners.
Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.
On-call is likely to be introduced in the future.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience building and operating data streaming platforms, with focus on our core technologies: Apache Kafka, Cassandra & Apache Pulsar.
Proven experience building and operating data streaming platforms on AWS, with focus on Kafka, Keyspaces, EMR, Athena, Glue, Quicksight, S3
An understanding of and hands-on experience with Kubernetes (concepts, architecture, operations).
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Helm, Crossplane, Terraform).
Experience implementing and managing GitOps workflows and tooling (e.g., ArgoCD).
Solid understanding and practical experience with CI/CD principles and tooling (e.g., Argo Workflows, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

As a Backend Engineer, you are part of an agile Software Development Team, responsible for the full lifecycle of an application using cutting-edge technologies to deliver amazing value to our customers, while scaling our platform to meet the demands of worldwide markets.

From developing flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to supporting the Product Owner with requirements and the team with solutions, developing unit, component, and integrated tests with the guidance of the team's QA - you can expect to execute the full software development lifecycle.

Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code to solve business needs and deploy applications in a Continuous Integration platform, as well as testing and documenting the implemented solutions will be a big part of your day-to-day.

What You'll Bring

Our product's backend runs in Java , so a proven track record of at least 3 years working with this technology (preferably Java 8+) would be ideal - but... If you have extensive experience working with similar OOP languages, that is not a problem as the underlying concepts are similar - just know that if you join us you'll be working with Java.
Our teams also work with technologies such as Scala, Kafka, Akka, Memcached, Apache Storm, Apache Cassandra, Zookeeper, RabbitMQ , and some others... Ideally, you should have working experience with most/all of these but if not, don't worry - we will have your back!

The Role

The Role

The role
As a Senior Security Engineer on our Product Security team, you'll lead multi-phase, multi-team efforts that shape how we build securely by default. You'll bring mastery across multiple security domains and use it to design reference architectures, drive threat modeling and pen testing engagements at consequential scope, define how we assess and govern AI and LLM systems, and turn risk and vulnerability data into decisions the business can act on. What You’ll Bring

Substantial security engineering experience with demonstrated mastery across multiple security domains, including security architecture and security assessment.
Track record of leading multi-team, multi-quarter initiatives in areas like reference architecture, threat modeling programs, pen testing campaigns, or bug bounty operations.
Hands-on experience with threat modeling, penetration testing, secure design review, and translating findings into structural fixes.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Database Engineer to expand our team, that is geographically distributed between US, UK and now Portugal.

Alongside the team, you will be responsible for the stability, scalability and performance of our database estate: currently we work with Informix, MySQL, Elastic Search and Cassandra. In addition, the team will be assuming responsibility for PostgreSQL as new applications are being developed using that technology.

While the role emphasizes NoSQL clustered databases that can be horizontally scaled, the philosophy of the team is to cross-train on different technologies.

What You'll be Doing

Working together to keep delivering at pace, scale and with demanded quality to support our products, you will be able to:

Elasticsearch Design and Tuning – Optimize indexes, sharding, and document modeling;
Database Administration (e.g., Cassandra, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL);

The Role

Flutter Technology are recruiting a cloud engineer to drive the implementation, automation, and operation of our AWS cloud platform. The platform will underpin the global services consumed by the groups well-known betting brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the technology choices across Flutter‘s cloud hosting platforms, working with all brands across the group to migrate and modernise their services, deliver technology to meet their needs, and promote knowledge sharing across the engineering community. Our product's backend runs in Java, so a proven track record of at least 5 years working with this technology (preferably Java 8+) would be ideal - but... If you have extensive experience working with similar OOP languages, that is not a problem as the underlying concepts are similar - just know that if you join us you'll be working with Java.
Our teams also work with technologies such as Scala, Kafka, Akka, Memcached, Apache Storm, Apache Cassandra, Zookeeper, RabbitMQ, and some others... Ideally, you should have working experience with most/all of these but if not, don't worry - we will have your back!

Experience working with a high concurrency/high transactional/highly available platform;
