The role
As a Product Manager within the Core Betting Platform domain, you will contribute to building and evolving the foundational capabilities that power the platform across multiple brands and products. These shared services are central to the technology ecosystem, enabling teams across Sportsbook, Casino, and other areas to build, launch, and scale effectively.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and product teams to research, define, and deliver platform capabilities that are robust, reusable, and suited to a high-scale, multi-brand environment. You will also work across engineering pillars to ensure the platform remains adaptable to new products, markets, and regulatory requirements, avoiding duplication of effort.

This is a high-impact role requiring both technical understanding and strong product management skills. You will help shape shared capabilities that allow teams to move faster, reduce complexity, and build on a stable, scalable foundation. The role values professionals who leverage AI tools to enhance research, decision-making, and problem-solving.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Own and deliver feature-level outcomes for core platform capabilities over quarters, executing within established initiatives and contributing to longer-term platform strategy.

- Identify gaps and opportunities in shared platform services through structured research — including internal stakeholder interviews, platform usage analysis, and cross-brand requirements gathering — and translate findings into actionable proposals.

- Define and track success metrics for platform capabilities; establish baselines, monitor adoption and reliability signals, and use data to assess impact and guide prioritisation decisions.

- Participate in shaping activities (e.g., spikes, technical discovery, platform reviews, usability testing with internal consumers) to de-risk investments and refine solutions before committing to full delivery.

- Execute appropriate delivery approaches (phased rollout, MVP, data-driven) to ship capabilities that multiple teams can reliably adopt, validating assumptions at each stage.

- Run lightweight experiments and gather feedback loops from internal platform consumers to continuously improve platform capabilities post-launch.

- Coordinate cross-team and cross-brand dependencies; communicate progress, blockers, and impacts to stakeholders and senior product managers.
- Support collaborative workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with internal consumers to ensure platform capabilities meet the needs of diverse product teams.

- Build deep technical understanding of the platform; apply feasibility and scalability insights during solution design and trade-off discussions with engineering.

What You'll Bring

- 2–3 years of digital product management experience with demonstrable feature-level delivery, preferably in platform, shared services, or internal tooling contexts.

- Strong analytical skills; comfortable establishing metrics frameworks, tracking platform adoption and health, and using data to make and communicate prioritisation decisions.

- Experience conducting research with internal or external stakeholders — interviews, surveys, usability testing — and synthesising findings into clear product direction.

- Experience facilitating workshops, technical discovery sessions, and cross-team planning with multiple internal stakeholders with competing priorities.

- Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking about long-term platform health and reusability.

- Technical aptitude; able to understand distributed systems trade-offs and engage credibly with engineering on architecture and implementation decisions.

- Understanding of how platform decisions ripple through to product teams and end customers across multiple brands.

- Confidence and fluency with AI tools — using them to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving — is highly valued and considered a strong differentiator for this role.

- Experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments with multiple stakeholders, ideally where you've managed internal customers or platform consumers.

The role

The Senior Engineering Manager (Maternity Cover) provides tactical and strategic leadership, oversight and direction to multi-discipline team members that span multiple concurrent projects. What You’ll Bring

Proven track record of leading and managing teams on complex software projects;

Very Strong Experience with NetApp, Pure Storage, and FSxN i n enterprise storage environments;

Proficiency in Ansible, Python, Bash, and automation workflows;

Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, NTP, LDAP, and Bastion hosts;

Familiarity with Infoblox or similar IPAM/DNS platforms;

Experience with observability tools (Splunk preferred);

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, VPNs);

The Role...

We are looking for a Senior Database Engineer to expand our team, that is geographically distributed between US, UK and now Portugal.

Alongside the team, you will be responsible for the stability, scalability and performance of our database estate: currently we work with Informix, MySQL, Elastic Search and Cassandra. In addition, the team will be assuming responsibility for PostgreSQL as new applications are being developed using that technology.

While the role emphasizes NoSQL clustered databases that can be horizontally scaled, the philosophy of the team is to cross-train on different technologies.

What You'll be Doing...

Working together to keep delivering at pace, scale and with demanded quality to support our products, you will be able to:

Elasticsearch Design and Tuning – Optimize indexes, sharding, and document modeling
Database Administration (e.g., Cassandra, Elasticsearch):
Review of existing implementation and development of new implementations as needed
Installation and Configuration management
Availability Planning – Systems need to be available 24x7
Monitoring and Alerting
Infrastructure Planning and Sizing – Decide when it is preferable to add a node to a cluster versus increase the resources of an existing node
Query Tuning
Planning and Troubleshooting – Ability to collaborate with application software engineers, DevOps and network engineering in designing new systems and identifying the root cause of an issue
Automation – Mindset that it is preferable to write a program/script once rather than manually run the same process repeatedly

We hope you have…

At least 5 years' experience as a Database Engineer or similar role
In-depth knowledge of NoSQL clustered databases (Cassandra, Elasticsearch)
Expertise in Elasticsearch as well as a background in Cassandra
Design and implement scalable Elasticsearch clusters to support high-traffic, data-intensive applications
Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune Elasticsearch performance, including query optimization, shard management, and cluster scaling
Develop and maintain indexing strategies, mappings, and search schemas that optimize performance
Background in data modelling, database design and performance optimization
Knowledge of Linux (Amazon Linux and Rocky are used here)
Shell Scripting (essential), Python (extremely good to have), Java (good to have)
Knowledge of AWS technologies and cloud-based CLIs
Experience with diagnostic log aggregation software such as DataDog
Experience working with automation software such as Ansible
Ability to define and implement replication and redundancy policies
Experience working with high concurrency/transactional/available systems
Product Evaluation – Ability to identify the need for, evaluate, compare and benchmark potential new software products
Ensure data security and compliance by managing access control, encryption, and data retention policies

Our product's backend runs in Java , so a proven track record of at least 3 years working with this technology (preferably Java 8+) would be ideal - but... Our teams also work with technologies such as Scala, Kafka, Akka, Memcached, Apache Storm, Apache Cassandra, Zookeeper, RabbitMQ , and some others... Ideally, you should have working experience with most/all of these but if not, don't worry - we will have your back!

Experience working with a high concurrency/high transactional/highly available platform;
Familiarity working with Client-server protocols such as SOAP, and REST;

The Flutter UKI Cyber Security Team is a wide security team, with +100 people, covering a large spectrum of security areas of expertise. Its goal is to ensure that proper security controls are protecting the businesses against threats. The
successful candidate will be part of the Security Testing team.

The Red Team Engineer acts as a proactive Infosec staff member with an offensive mindset, focused on identifying and demonstrating realistic high impact attack scenarios. They design and execute real cyber-attacks against multiple
targets with the purpose of achieving pre-defined goals. They also prepare technical and business-oriented reports describing the performed exercises, their results and mitigation recommendations. These need to be easily understood
by technical and non-technical teams and have different format and content accordingly to the stakeholders. Soft skills to handle different stakeholders with different seniority levels are crucial to the role.

Additionally, the role involves a collaborative approach with multiple teams, supporting the mitigation procedures by
helping owners to understand the identified vulnerabilities and design the best mitigation plans.

In sum, a successful candidate must master attacking techniques against different technologies such as Active Directory,
Azure and AWS, to name a few. The offensive mindset should be present in the day-to-day tasks, staying up to date with new vulnerabilities and attacking techniques. You’ll be leading properly defined and planned red team exercises for
several months, while simulating real threat actor activities. Thus, responsibility and autonomy are fundamental to this

What We're Looking For...

The Role

Responsible for managing the team in Porto & Malta to ensure compliance and accurate processing of payrolls for the Porto, Malta & Ceuta. This team sits within the HR Operations function reporting to the Head of Payroll.

The role requires a combination of critical skills, solid leadership, capability and a strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing, including payroll tax compliance and system knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and motivate the team to ensure a positive working environment and team stability;
Review and define payroll processes in line with current policies and timetables to ensure consistency and accuracy across the payrolls;
Review and recommend checks, balances and reporting to ensure best in class governance;
Set-up and monitor team KPIs;
Build a strong reputation for the payroll team within the HR Ops and wider business;

Manage 3rd party supplier relationships with payroll provider, building a positive relationship and ensuring that that the providers meet our requirements at all times;
Manage Year end and other statutory returns;
Have in depth knowledge of payroll system and build, background and calculation set-up;
Ensure all upgrades to payroll system are performed and updated within time frame;
Ensure all new pay elements are implemented and tested;
Conduct integrity checks on system and participate in projects to develop processes identifying improvements and implementing changes;
Work closely with team members to cross training;
Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role, as required by the Senior Payroll Manager.
