As a Planning Lead , you will support the developing and executing planning frameworks and driving process improvements across various functions. You will collaborate with multiple value streams and enabling teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

In this role, you will use your experience in planning, delivery, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment across multiple teams. Working with Delivery, Engineering, Architecture, and Product, you will help shape and implement best practices that enhance end-to-end delivery.

  What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning: Assist in developing structured planning approaches that improve team collaboration, prioritisation, and execution.
• Coordination:  Contribute to the delivery of various initiatives, collaborate with the team to create delivery plans, set them up for success, and support governance best practices .
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement best practices in planning and execution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Facilitate Agile Practices: Assist in embedding Agile methodologies within teams to enhance efficiency, adaptability, and collaboration.
• Data & Insights: Support reporting and analysis efforts to measure performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in delivery, planning, or operational coordination, preferably within a technology-driven Agile environment.
• An understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams effectively.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing expertise in planning, execution, and process optimisation.
