The Role :
As part of the Shared Platform function, this person will lead the team accountable for the design, delivery and ongoing operation of our Shared Platform learning academy. The academy implementation team will operate as part of the Shared Platform Enablement team. The team will deliver the platform learning academy goals by:
- Identifying and prioritising the right content required for learning
- Work closely with the Learning and Development team on how to create and distribute that content
- Building and delivering on a comprehensive and ambitions Project delivery plan
- Continuous updating and improvement of material and delivery of learning channels
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Global Provide leadership and management for the Academy Implementation team consisting of two Business Analysts. Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Shared Platform Enablement team.
- Own and manage the planning, creation, and implementation of the gbp learning academy.
- Work closely and collaboratively with our in-house Learning and Development team to create, host and distribute learning content for the academy
- Gain a clear understanding of the Shared Platforms we support and design creative solutions to teach people about them.
- Have a clear understanding of the Shared Codebase and Inner Source model for GBP to articulate it clearly in the creation of training plans.
- Collaborate with our consuming internal divisions to ensure their training needs are accounted for
- Assist the HR and Talent teams in embedding Shared Platform training into relevant on-boarding plans for new starters
- Assist the HR and Talent teams with identification of in-demand skillsets and roles to accelerate the hiring processes.
