The Role:
The Talent Acquisition Program Manager will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and play a key role in designing and implementing talent acquisition programs and projects to support Blip's Talent Acquisition strategy.
Working in partnership with the remaining TA team, Communications team, and other key stakeholders, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing strategies and programs to support the growth of Blip's team, by improving our candidate's experience and talent pipeline through embedding inclusive recruiting practices and optimizing partnerships and initiatives to build a steady pipeline of top talent candidates. The successful candidate should consistently and proactively look for ways to innovate and drive improvements of TA projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Ensure the creation of TA projects and programs to support the strategy and the long-term goals that will allow our organization to scale up with success.
- Oversee large and complex cross-functional initiatives through the project life cycle, by coordinating and tracking multiple projects from inception to implementation.
- Partner with the leadership team and TA to help define improvement areas, while maintaining a great overall experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing the TA projects and programs by clearly defining the objective, scope of work, data-backed solutions and policies while including cross-functional collaboration to bring efficiency and effectiveness to the TalentAcquisition Strategy.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform process improvements and drive change management within the Talent Acquisition team.
- Partner and develop relationships with 3rd parties (e.g universities, Tech communities, etc…) to attract talent and the best talent and define robust pipelines.

- Strong presentation skills, ability to develop audience appropriate presentations for executive level and contributorlevel audience.
We'd love to see
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience working within Talent Acquisition, Management, HR ProjectManagement or similar, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
- 2+ years of experience leading, managing, projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative, maintaining a sense of urgency while maintaining composure.
- Strong verbal and written (Portuguese and English) communication skills.
- Great Analytical Skills (BI is pretty much valued).
- Excelent Microsoft Office Skills.
- Experience supporting a multi-division, multi-location workforce.
