What You'll Be Doing...   

As Programme Manager, you'll be working within an innovative, fast-paced, exciting, and highly rewarding organization. This is a pivotal 2-year FTC role, reporting to the Head of the Programme for Sports and Trading, Transformation.

As a Programme Manager, you will act as a focal point between the business and the Head of Programme on the programs within your remit. Working with people across the wider business change teams, you'll be responsible for supporting the Head of Programme in shaping, planning, and implementing strategic programs across the UKI division.

To become one of us you should have... 

  • Providing support on major transformation programs for a number of central initiatives, driving the development and delivery from kick-off through to live;

  • Manage and maintain elements of major transformation programs;

  • Prevent, identify and proactively remove blockers to enable progress for teams;

  • Drive cross-functional communication and coordination to ensure that dependencies are understood and well-managed in order to deliver the programme;

  • Track progress of initiatives utilizing Agile tooling, defining and reporting against key delivery metrics/targets to ensure successful throughput.

  • Ensure requirements are understood and prioritized accordingly;

  • Ensure stakeholder reporting is complete and that everyone is aligned, with expectations well managed;

  • Managing a programme team and its contribution to the achievement of the programme’s objectives and providing clear direction and support in the development and delivery of the programme;

  • Ensuring the appropriate programme management systems and procedures are established and followed, ensuring best practices in programme management are continually developed and used;

  • Building strong collaborative working relationships across teams.

The role will be a hybrid way of working: working remotely from home but will require travel to Porto/Leeds/Dublin for a face-to-face meeting.
